topintern.lol is a public leaderboard for SF Bay Area internships. Students and companies pay to rank their listing. Rank is determined only by lifetime dollars paid. You are buying advertising placement on this page — not a job, interview, recruiter introduction, or any employment outcome.
The contract
By using the site, posting a listing, or paying, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The operator of topintern.lol can be reached at rapjj90@gmail.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. Listings are for college students seeking internships and for companies posting internship roles in the San Francisco Bay Area. You represent that you have the right to publish the name, LinkedIn URL, and copy you submit, and that the listing is about you or an organization you are authorized to represent.
What you are buying
A payment increases your listing’s lifetime total by the amount charged. Rank is that total, highest first. The #1 price (“crown”) is always at least one dollar above the current leader and may climb after a takeover. If you are already on the board, you pay only the difference between your banked total and the amount you choose. If two checkouts race, the first confirmed Stripe payment takes the crown; the other payment still banks in full. We do not promise traffic, recruiter attention, or that anyone will open your link.
Payments and refunds
Card payments run through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe is the merchant of record: they collect the charge, calculate and remit sales tax / VAT where required, and handle fraud, disputes, and receipts. We never see or store full card numbers. All purchases are final. Rank is delivered at the moment Stripe confirms the payment. Chargebacks, fraud, or abuse may get a listing removed without restoring rank. Demo or example listings are not for sale as themselves; they exist so you can see the format.
Your listing is public
Everything you put on the board — name, school, pitch, LinkedIn or careers URL — is public. Do not submit secrets, private emails, phone numbers, or anything you would not put on a LinkedIn headline. We may remove listings that are illegal, adult, impersonating, spam, scams, or that ruin the board, with or without notice and without refund.
Not LinkedIn, not a recruiter
topintern.lol is not affiliated with LinkedIn, any university, or any employer shown as an example. “DEMO” cards are examples of format only. Company names on the Roles board may be examples and are not endorsements.
The $1,000,000 page
A company page takeover, if offered, is a separate advertising purchase. Serious inquiries only, via rapjj90@gmail.com.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost rank, downtime, recruiter behavior, or hiring decisions. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the dollars you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
California law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
